set up an online invoicing system. Simply login to view all of your

|Can I pick-up my order from your warehouse?
Unfortunately we do not have a
pick-up service as we are an online based company that can deliver

will refund, credit or replace any item found to be faulty within 60

freight company do you use? We
do use Australia Post air freight courier service (AAE) and another
private courier services for some parcels for bulkier goods. Please be
sure to leave instructions for the driver if you are not home.

do I return a product? For

description of the issue, the product code of the item and your order
number. We will treat your enquiry as urgent and reply within 24 hours.

hold orders for up to 5 working days if informed. If you have any

cartridge I put in the printer won't work, what can I do? Please perform a printer nozzle clean to flush out any
blockages. This can be done on your computer by browsing through your
printer options. If ordering toner, please make sure all tabs are

cartridge does not fit into the printer, what do I do now? Please double-check you are putting it in the correct way by
reading the instruction manual. In addition, please check the serial
code of the cartridge to double-check it is the right one for the

|I have received a cartridge but I think it is the
wrong one, do I try putting it in to see if it is compatible? Do not attempt to put the cartridge in the
machine as by opening the seal you will void any chance of return in
case the incorrect cartridge has been sent. If unsure, DO NOT open the
cartridges, it is better to contact us through to firstname.lastname@example.org and wait for
|How long can you have cartridge before it goes off? Most cartridges have a shelf-life of about 2
years, this means it is ok to purchase in bulk as they can sit on a
shelf and not be used until needed.
|Do you do refills for cartridges? We do refill kits for many printer models
however we do not refill actual cartridges.
|How can I refill my toner cartridge? We do not sell refill kits for toner cartridges
as they are pose a health hazard if opened. Toner cartridges contain
powder, unlike inkjet cartridges which contain liquid ink.
|How long will my cartridge last for once in the
printer? This does
depend upon how much you use the machine. Every cartridge has a 'yield'
which is an approximation of how many pages it will give you if you
print on an average 5% coverage of the page surface.
|Your search result for my printer says it takes 4 or 5
cartridges but it only has 2 gaps in the machine for 2 cartridges at a
time... Some inkjet
printers are able to take many different types of cartridges of which
can be used for special purposes (e.g. photo & grey cartridges used
